A little clarity goes a long way
Travel thoughtfully.
Arrive at ease.
The practical questions deserve good answers. Here is what to consider while exploring the concepts—and what still needs to be confirmed.
Where should I fly?
Guadalajara’s international airport (GDL) is the natural starting point for these concepts. Flights, airport transfers, and hotels are not automatically included. Plan arrival arrangements separately until your written proposal confirms them.
Where does pickup take place?
The proposed starting point is Guadalajara. Your hotel, the meeting location, any pickup supplement, and the final drop-off point remain to be confirmed.
How do transportation and travel times work?
Private ground transportation is proposed for each route. The vehicle, provider, route, and driving times are pending confirmation. Rural roads and city traffic can affect the day.
How long should I allow?
Sample concepts range from a half day to a full day. These are planning estimates, not operating schedules. Avoid arranging a tight flight connection after a visit.
Will the experience be in English?
English-language hosting is the proposed format. Specific hosts and translation support for producer conversations must be confirmed in your itinerary.
Can you accommodate dietary requirements?
Include allergies, dietary restrictions, and cross-contact concerns in your inquiry. The selected kitchen must confirm what it can safely accommodate; no guarantee is made at the concept stage.
What about mobility and accessibility?
Agave fields may be uneven and distilleries may have steps or operational barriers. Share practical access needs so each venue, restroom, vehicle, and walking section can be checked before you make a decision.
Can non-drinkers or younger companions join?
Non-drinkers are welcome to request a culture- or food-led version. Tasting is optional and limited to adults 18 and older, subject to venue rules. Suitability for minors must be checked with every venue before a proposal is confirmed.
What should I bring?
Closed-toe shoes, sun protection, and layers are sensible for the proposed routes. Any site-specific clothing or safety requirements will need to be included in your final itinerary.
What happens if plans change?
Cancellation terms, payment schedules, weather alternatives, and change policies have not been established. Review and accept written terms before any payment or booking; this site does not confirm reservations.
Venues, hosts, availability, exact timings, prices, and booking terms are to be confirmed in a written proposal. This preview does not constitute an offer or a booking confirmation.
